We, PS TEC have overcome lots of difficulties for our growth and development for
the last half a century and have succeeded in business.

Although we have lots of uncertain environment and management projects to deal with in the future, we shall develop our future business with our experience and active challenge spirit that we have introduced a new possibility by considering crisis as an opportunity for challenge.
From now on, we shall conduct the following projects in priority to create more values and to share happiness as PS TEC stronger and more reliable than ever.

| First, “growth” is considered to be an essential factor to secure continuous survival conditions and to share happiness. |

We are facing a wave of new and creative innovation in the middle of the digital era
of the 21st century.

PS TEC has acknowledged that reinforced competitiveness for software is the only factor for continuous growth based on its competitiveness for hardware in the businesses of general gauge and measurement and automobile parts being
changed dramatically with the development of the IT industry and it shall maximize
its capability of customized R&D and marketing for that.

We will train and secure competent personnel and focus on R&D to do our best in developing new technology, product and market. |
